e State monitoring

Fluid testing and analysis; the user’s production efficiency and equipment reliability are improved through the simple state monitoring principle.

Supposed that an engine oil sample is collected once a month, as shown in the figure: measuring 3 elements. In May, the content of some elements increases, namely silicon (from environmental dirt), aluminum (from piston wear), iron (from cylinder liner wear), these elements enter the system due to dirt, and are tested through the engine oil analysis.

Due to metal wear caused by the wear of the upper cylinder, the most likely entry source of dust is the air intake system, so our expert and diagnosis personnel recommend the customer to check the dust entry source in the air intake system.

Customers shall be allowed to identify air filter problems that existed prior to engine failure and restore values to normal level in the coming months. This avoids the final failure and extends the service life of engine.

When the engine oil analysis indicates a problem, the specific inspection work can be carried out beforehand.
