The production loss of production facilities or machinery can cost thousands of GBP per hour due to equipment failure.

The fluid inspection helps:

  • Reduce the downtime of machines
  • Determine the refueling excess.
  • Reduce unnecessary engine oil change
  • Extend the oil discharge cycle- reducing the costs of lubricating oil and generation of waste oil.
  • Determine the defects and contamination of supplied fuel and adblue.
  • Carry out the separate analysis in the warranty case to determine the root causes of failure.

Analysis type:

1. Lubrication system: The contamination, wear metal shall be monitored and root causes of problem shall be identified before the problem causes a system failure. We can test engines, hydraulic pressure, gearboxes, rotary boxes, differential mechanisms and lubrication bearings, etc.

2. Fuel system: A variety of customized test kits are used to identify gasoline, water, microorganisms, contaminated bulk storage tanks on site.

3. Adblue Systems – Some new machines may now have been installed with the Adblue system. Check whether AdBlue complies with ISO22241-2 and DIN V70070. Determine the contamination of tap water, cooling liquid, screen cleaning and supply.

4. Cooling system – The antifreezing solution not only prevents the freezing of the cooling system, but also plays an important role in engine cooling. If your engine oil does not endure long enough, or if the engine is getting hot, then check the cooling liquid state before startup.
